MCT – Microsoft Certified Trainer - Are the premier technical and instructional experts in Microsoft products, technologies, and solutions. To ensure a superior learning experience for our customers, MCTs are the only individuals that Microsoft authorizes to deliver training that is based on Official Microsoft Learning Products or Microsoft Dynamics Learning Products for the MCT program. MCTs meet high initial and on-going certification requirements.

MCDST – Microsoft Certified Desktop Support - Technician credential proves that you have the skills to successfully support end users and to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments running on the Microsoft Windows operating system.

MCSA – Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator – Administer network and systems environments based on the Microsoft Windows platforms.
